What to email about

• Bug reports— something broken, wrong calculation, layout issue, page not loading. Tell us what you tried, what happened, what browser/device you're on. We'll fix it.
• Tool requests— you wished a tool existed and it didn't. Tell us what you'd build if you could. The Sniper Labs roadmap is shaped more by user requests than by anything else.
• Feedback— what's working, what isn't, what we should change. No feedback is too small. We've changed the entire site over a single sentence from a careful reader before.
• Press, partnerships, business — same email. We'll route appropriately.
• Just saying hi— that works too. We're a small team and we like hearing from people who use the site.

What we won't reply to

• Sales pitches for SEO services, marketing tools, or “growth hacks”
• Cold outreach asking us to add backlinks or guest posts
• Anything that looks like an automated mass campaign

We're polite about it. We just delete and move on.

Mailing address

Sniper Labs is run from Delhi, India. We don't currently have a physical office address. If you need a mailing address for a specific purpose (legal, regulatory, tax), email us and we'll provide one.

Response times

If you've waited longer than a week without hearing back, email again. Sometimes things slip — we'd rather you nudge than assume we're ignoring you.
