What Sniper Labs is

Sniper Labs is a free collection of web-based tools and calculators for Indian retail investors and personal finance users. We currently offer calculators and dashboards. We do not sell financial products. We do not provide personalized financial advice.

What we are not

We are not a SEBI-registered Research Analyst (yet — we're working on it). We are not a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser. We are not a stockbroker.

The tools on this site are educational utilities. Anything you calculate, read, or learn here is for your own information. It is not advice. It is not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security.

Use the tools at your own risk

The tools are provided as-is. We make no warranty that they will be accurate, complete, current, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. Markets change, formulas have edge cases, calculations can be misread.

Before you act on any number our tools produce, verify it independently. If you make a trading decision and lose money, that loss is yours. We are not responsible for trading outcomes, missed opportunities, or losses arising from your use of this site.

What's yours and what's ours

The tools, code, design, and content on Sniper Labs belong to Sniper Labs. You're welcome to use the tools for your personal trading and financial planning. You're welcome to share links to the site freely. Please don't copy our code, scrape our pages at scale, or rebuild our tools elsewhere without permission.

If you give us feedback, suggestions, or ideas, we may use them to improve the product without owing you compensation or credit. We appreciate the input — that's the trade.

Tips

If you tip us through the supporters page, the tip is voluntary and non-refundable. See our refund policy for the one human exception.

Things we can change

We may add, modify, or retire tools without notice. We may change these terms — if we do, we'll update the date at the top and post the new version. Continued use of the site after a change means you've accepted the new terms.

If something goes wrong

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sniper Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Our total liability for any claim relating to this site or the tools is capped at the total amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Since the tools are free and tips are voluntary, that cap is usually zero.

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delhi, India.
