Refunds

Most refund policies are written to discourage refund requests. This one is written to be honest.
The tools are free
There's nothing to refund for using the tools. They cost nothing, they'll stay free, and using them comes with no charge of any kind.
Tips are voluntary
When the tip jar opens, any amount you contribute to Sniper Labs is a voluntary tip — a way of saying thanks for the work, not a payment for a product or service. Tips are non-refundable as a default policy.
The human exception
That said: if you tipped by mistake, tipped the wrong amount, or are having genuine financial difficulty and the tip is causing real strain — email us at hello@sniperlabs.in within 7 days and we'll work it out.
We won't ask for proof. We won't make you fill out a form. We won't make you justify yourself. If you say it was a mistake, we believe you, and we'll refund it through the original payment method.
This isn't a loophole to play with. It's how a small team treats people in good faith. Don't make us regret it.
Tools that become paid in the future
If we ever launch paid products (we plan to, eventually — premium tools, advanced features, etc.), those will have their own refund terms written before launch, posted clearly, and linked from the product itself. We'll never silently change a free tool into a paid one.
